Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Farmer Brown Free Teaspoon Promotion (“Promotion”).

By entering the Promotion you agree to these Terms.

  1. The Promotion is only open to residents of New Zealand.
  2. Employees of Mainland Poultry Limited, including Zeagold Foods, and its related companies and agencies (“Promoter”), and their immediate families may not participate in the Promotion.
  3. To enter the Promotion, customers must send two barcodes from Participating Products, along with proof of purchase from a Participating Store to: Brownie Free Teaspoon Promotion, PO Box 5042, Dunedin 9058. To qualify, entries must be posted within the Promotional Period.
  4. Participating Products are Farmer Brown Size 6 dozen egg packs and Farmer Brown Size 7 dozen egg packs that are marked with the Promotion advertising (“Participating Products”).
  5. Participating stores are those that sell the Participating Products (“Participating Stores”).
  6. The Promotion commences at 00:01 23/01/12 and closes at the earlier of midnight 26/02/ 2012 or when 20,000 correct entries have been received (“Promotional Period”).
  7. The free Brownie teaspoon (“Prize”) will be posted to each customer who submits a correct entry in accordance with these Terms. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or other products.
  8. There will be 20,000 Prizes available nationwide. These will be available while stocks last.
  9. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, misdirected, late, inaccurate entries.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if the Promoter reasonably believes it has been tampered with, falsified, or is otherwise submitted other than in accordance with these Terms.
  11. The Promoter may extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary these terms at any time. The Promoter will give notice of any changes to the Promotion on its website (www.farmerbrown.co.nz) and the change will be effective from the time such notice is posted.
  12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability in relation to the Promotion.
  13. In the case of liability that is not able to be excluded, the Promoter’s maximum liability in relation to the Promotion will be the lesser of the price paid by the customer for the Participating Products or the value of the Prize.
