The Egg Guy’s Microwave Scrambled Eggs
The Egg Guy says you can’t beat an egg for breakfast. Well, in this recipe he beats a couple of them into the yummiest scrambled eggs – so Mr Egg Guy, you can beat an egg after all!

- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons of trim milk
- Pinch salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
A quick and easy way to cook scrambled eggs and you don’t even need a stove.
- Grab a microwave safe bowl.
- Break two eggs into the bowl, add the pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
- Beat the eggs with 2 tablespoons trim milk using an egg beater.
- Beat well so the yolks and white are well mixed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. (Be sure to leave a small gap as a steam vent, so the egg doesn’t go everywhere when you microwave it.)
- Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH for 45 seconds, take the wrap off, stir.
- Then put the wrap back on and cook for another 45 – 75 seconds.
- Do this a couple more times, until the eggs are still moist but starting to get firm. (Note: Cooking time will vary dependent on how powerful your microwave is).
- Cover and let stand for 30 seconds to 1 minute before serving.
