Ruby's Omelette Recipe

- 2 Farmer Brown eggs
- A bit of cooked bacon or ham
- Some grated cheese
- Tiny bit of milk
- Crack two eggs into a jug (make sure there is no egg shell in the jug)
- Cut some bacon or ham – about ½ a cup.
- Grate some cheese and put it in the jug
- Pour a tiny bit of milk into the jug with the egg, cheese and bacon/ham.
- Stir the milk, egg, cheese and bacon/ham really well until it goes brownish.
- Put some butter in the frying pan, tip it round so the base of the frying pan is covered in butter.
- Pour jug with cheese, milk, eggs and bacon/ham into the frying pan.
- Cook really well and make sure it is cooked in all places.
- Use a spatula to flip it round and pop onto a plate to serve.
