Eggs in a Basket
You can be a bit creative with this one...and it is easy.

- 2 slices brown bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 Farmer Brown eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the teaspoon of butter in the pan.
- Use a cookie cutter to cut out your favourite shape in the center of each piece of bread.
- Butter one side of both pieces of bread, including the cut out pieces, with the remaining butter.
- Place the bread, butter side down on the frypan.
- Break one egg into a cup. Then gently slide it into the hole of one of the bread slices.
- Do the same with the other egg and bread slice.
- Cook until the egg is golden on the bottom, a minute or two. Gently flip with a fish slice to cook on the other side, about 1 minute.
- Flip the cutout pieces of toast to cook on the other side until toasted, another minute or so.
