- 1 Farmer Brown Poachers egg
- 1 English muffin - toasted
- 1 tbspn basil pesto
- 1 tomato - sliced
- Basil leaves - ripped
- Salt & Pepper
- Toast muffin until golden.
- Slice tomatoes
- Cook Farmer Brown Poachers egg by following my good recipe.
- Spread basil pesto onto muffin and place tomatoes on top.
- Place Farmer Brown Poachers egg on top of tomatoes.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
- Season with salt and pepper.
