- 1 Farmer Brown Poachers egg
- 1 Bagel - toasted
- 2 slices ham
- Baby rocket leaves
- 1 tbspn red pepper chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- Toast bagel until golden.
- Cook Farmer Brown Poachers egg by following my good recipe.
- Place sliced ham onto bagel. Butter, if desired.
- Top with Farmer Brown Poachers egg.
- Sprinkle with red pepper
- Season with salt and pepper.
