- 1 Farmer Brown Poachers egg
- 1 slice of fresh crusty bread
- 2 -3 baby Cos lettuce leaves
- Parmesan - shaved
- Salt & Pepper
- Wash lettuce leaves and drain.
- Cook Farmer Brown Poachers egg by following my good recipe.
- Place lettuce leaves on bread and top with Farmer Brown Poachers egg.
- Sprinkle with shaved parmesan
- Season with salt and pepper.
Brownie's Top Tip:
Add crispy bacon or cooked chicken and drizzle with Caesar dressing to make the ultimate Caesar sandwich
